From first ring to the next step.
You keep your number. We set up an AI assistant around your business, then test it with you before customers reach it.
What happens
to a call?
You choose no-answer or busy forwarding with your phone provider. The timing is agreed during setup.
This covers the calls you already get. Bringing more enquiries in is the first stage of the full solution, agreed and priced with you.

Common questions about a call
What does the caller hear?
The assistant introduces itself as an AI assistant for your business. It asks for what you need to ring back: name, number, postcode, what the job is and how urgent it is.
What do I get afterwards?
A short summary of the enquiry, so you can ring back with the details in front of you. Agreed text and email follow-ups keep the enquiry moving until the customer books, declines or opts out.
What if the caller asks something it doesn't know?
It passes the question to you instead of guessing. It does not invent prices or promise appointments.
What if it is urgent?
You set the escalation rules during setup. A flagged enquiry can be sent to you promptly or transferred on the agreed route. This is an enquiry service, not an emergency line.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. The intended setup uses no-answer or busy forwarding from your existing number. We check your provider and test the route before launch. Your provider may charge for forwarded calls.
