Clear terms. A clear boundary.
For business customers. Your quote and order confirmation set out the fees, term and notice period, and the data-processing terms apply to the service you buy.
1. Who provides the service
Every Enquiry is a trading name of Online Web Store Ltd. Service enquiries, complaints and cancellation notices go to team@every-enquiry.com. Online Web Store Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 08001735. Registered office: 4 Blakes Road, Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 2JB.
2. What we provide
A managed AI enquiry service using the call route, business information, channels and escalation rules agreed in your order. It is not a human answering service, emergency service, complex quoting service or guarantee of appointments or revenue. Live transfer and any booking link must be agreed and tested before use.
3. Setup and approval
You must give us accurate business details, services, contact and escalation information, approved prices and any restrictions. We test the assistant and ask you to approve the setup before customer calls are connected. Keep the information current and tell us promptly about errors.
4. Fees and included usage
Your quote and order confirmation set out the fees, included usage, extra-use charges, billing date, first payment, any pro-rata amount and payment terms for the complete solution. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Your order confirmation tells you how and when you pay.
5. Cancellation
The minimum term and notice period are set out in your quote and order confirmation before you pay. The order states the treatment of any paid-ahead amounts and setup work not yet completed. Cancelling does not remove charges already incurred.
6. AI and availability
AI can mishear, misunderstand or produce mistakes. Call routing, network providers and third-party platforms can fail. We use agreed information, testing and review, but do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy or a number of jobs. Keep a suitable fallback route, and do not use this service for safety-critical or emergency decisions.
7. Lawful use and privacy
You remain responsible for your customer relationship and for the lawfulness of the data and instructions you provide. We process enquiry data on your documented instructions under a separate data-processing agreement. Recording notices, retention, data rights, subprocessors and international transfers are agreed before activation. Do not send sensitive information that the service does not need.
8. Follow-up and opt-outs
We use only agreed sequences and lawful channels. A request to stop must stop the relevant automated messages. Marketing must not be mixed into a service message without the necessary legal basis and consent where required.
9. Complaints and fixes
Email team@every-enquiry.com with the enquiry reference, date and issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one working day and explain the next step. Tell us promptly about a wrong price, failed handoff or inappropriate reply so the route or script can be paused and corrected.
10. Liability and governing law
No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any liability cap, other exclusions and the governing-law clause are set out in your signed service agreement. Nothing here removes your statutory rights.
