What this website collects
This website has no enquiry forms, analytics or advertising pixels. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. If you book a call, our booking provider collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, telephone number and chosen time. We use them to reply to you and to arrange and hold the call. We do not use them for marketing unless you separately agree.
Client callers and messages
When acting for a client, the client is the controller and we process enquiry details under its instructions. These may include contact details, postcode, job description, urgency, messages and a call transcript. Call recordings are only used once the notice, purpose and retention rules have been agreed with the client.
Service providers
We use Hostinger to host this website and HighLevel (LeadConnector) for the booking calendar. We do not claim that data is stored only in the UK.
Keeping your details and your rights
We keep enquiry emails and booking details for as long as we need them to reply to you and keep business records. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at team@every-enquiry.com. For a client's caller data, contact that business first. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
